Self Study Rooms provide a quiet atmosphere for private study and self-learning. They are available for students and academic staff to use for a period. Advanced reservation is required.

  • Based on a unit of two hours per time slot (e.g. 9:00 am – 11:00 am)
  • Users should claim their bookings with their University Identity Cards via the Library Rooms & Facilities Booking System located at the Service Counters (G/F and 1/F).
  • Any room that is not claimed 15 minutes after the booking time will be made available to other users.
  • The Library is not responsible for the security of personal belongings. Any items left unattended in the rooms at the end of a reservation period shall be removed and placed as lost and found items.

Services affected during the M365 switchover


ITSC of the University is having a M365 migration during 2 - 4 Jun 2023, some of the library services will be affected.

 

The Library’s online forms, notification emails and email communication service will be suspended during the migration.
