  • The Room can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons.
  • Users should claim their bookings with their University Identity Cards via the Library Rooms & Facilities Booking System located on the 1/F Service Counter.
  • Booking will be cancelled if:
    • The Room is not claimed 15 minutes after the booking time
    • There is an urgent request from users with special educational needs
  • Users can borrow OrCam Read from the Service Counter on 1/F and use the device on 1/F of the Library. OrCam Read is a portable gadget that captures text, converts it into audible speech, and begins reading it aloud to the user. It is suitable for individuals with mild visual impairment or reading difficulties like dyslexia. For details, please approach Library staff at the Service Counter on 1/F.
