New Library Databases – Scite, Scopus & IEEE Xplore Digital Library

The following databases are now available to support your academic needs:

1. Scite

Scite is an AI research tool that enhances literature analysis with Smart Citations, providing context and classifying citations. It helps researchers discover and evaluate articles, understand research trends, and assess credibility. Scite Assistant generates summaries and offers advanced citation analysis, streamlining the research process and verifying references efficiently.

**We have also created a Library guide that introduces its features and explains how it can help you learn and research!

2. Scopus

The database offers bibliographic information and abstracts from 25,000 academic journals, 368,000 books, and 12.5 million conference papers across subject areas, including Arts and Humanities, Social Sciences, Physical Sciences, and Life Sciences. Scopus has accumulated over 90 million records dating from 1788 to the present. Most Scopus records link to the original articles on publishers’ websites. Full-text access depends on the Library’s electronic subscription.

3. IEEE Xplore Digital Library

The database provides full-text access to IEEE’s extensive collection of journals, magazines, conference proceedings, and standards, covering a vast range of topics in electrical engineering, communications, and computer science.
