24/7 @ Library 24 Hours Study Area (24 Apr 2017 – 19 May 2017)

The examination is coming, the Library will operate the 24 Hours Study Area to provide 24/7 access to the G/F of the Library during the following period:

24 April 2017 (Mon 8:30 am) – 19 May 2017 (Fri 7:00 pm)

To ensure safety, the Area is safeguarded by Security Guard. Library users are required to have valid student ID cards in order to access to the Area. Please tap your valid student card to the card reader next to the side door (G/F of the Library) to enter the Area.

Register a WRDS account

The Wharton Research Data Services (WRDS) is a web-based data management system that allows faculty, students, and postgraduates to access information from a wide variety of financial, economic and marketing data sources.

 

The Library has subscribed the following data sets:

 

COMPUSTAT includes annual and quarterly Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows, and supplemental data items on more than 7,500 publicly held companies.

 

CRSP (The Center for Research in Security Prices) maintains the most comprehensive collection of security price, return, and volume data for the NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ stock markets.

 

I/B/E/S (The Institutional Brokers Estimate System) provides a global summary and individual forecast information as well as buy-sell-hold recommendations for companies globally, plus cash flow, dividend, and pre-tax profit forecasts.
