‘Book Drop’ for After-Hours Return

Ever thought of returning books when the Library is closed? Yes, you can.

Just simply drop your return books into the Book Drop, the Library will do the rest for you. The Book Drop is placed outside the G/F of the Library. You won’t miss it.

Please note that some library items cannot return via the Book Drop. These include the Course Reserve Books and Multimedia Collection (i.e. CD, DVD etc.). You are recommended to have them returned in person.

Our professional team of librarian is available to offer prompt help from 2:30 – 7pm on weekdays (except public holidays) during semester time. You can send email or Google Hangouts to reach the Librarian on duty for assistance.

Late Night Study in the Library

Finding a quiet place to study overnight? Come to the Library!

During the mid-term examination period (14 Oct – 1 Nov 2019), the G/F of the Library will extend the opening hours for late night study to students with valid University Identity Cards.

Space for All@HSUHK Library

Welcome to our Space for All@HSUHK Library, a conducive place for learning and teaching!

Space for All@HSUHK Library is designed for multipurpose use with an interactive whiteboard to make learning more interesting. Students can freely create their own learning environment by moving around the furniture, whilst faculty members can use it for various teaching activities including academic presentations, book talks, screening activities, etc.
