New Presentation Tools

“Making a Professional Presentation” workshop has ended with good response. The Library is now offering “New Presentation Tools” tutorials for small groups of students. The tutorial will introduce some new and cool presentation tools (Lucidpress, Prezi, etc.) and show how to search for high quality images and videos from library resources to enrich your content.Interested parties are welcome to approach the Reference Desk at G/F to schedule a time slot for the tutorial before 30th April 2015.

The exhibition showcases more than 20 images depicting people travelling on transport vehicles in Hong Kong around the 1950s to 1980s.

It offers you a glimpse of the livelihood of Hong Kong in the past. Looking through these photos will give you an extraordinary experience of travelling back in time and recall your memories of OLD Hong Kong.

High-Quality Journals in Humanities & Social Sciences

The Library has subscribed to the Humanities & Social Sciences (HSS) Package in Cambridge Journals Online. This package includes over 200 academic journals and 66% of them were cited by the Social Science Citation Index (SSCI) and the Arts and Humanities Index (AHCI).
