Analytical Drawing and Presentation
An Exhibition of Students’ Work from AD1101

Students from the course AD1101 offered by the Department of Art and Design are excited to showcase their coursework masterpieces in this end-of-term student work Exhibition.

Under the guidance of Mr Chan Kei Him, students have used different media and tools to create a wide diversity of art makings, such as drawings, watercolor and poster colour paintings, printmaking, paper reliefs and more.

Feng Menglong and Ming Short Stories: A Comparative Approach

‘Feng Menglong and Ming Short Stories: A Comparative Approach’ is a seminar of the Contemporary Greater China Series organized by the Center for Greater China Studies and the Department of English in the Library.

Prof Jeremy Tambling, speaker of the Seminar, is a recognized writer and critic who has engaged in literary teaching and research for many years. He will give an advanced introduction to the short stories written by the literary giant Feng Menglong from a comparative position, aligning them with the Shakespeare in which they are parallel.

All students and staff are most welcome to join the Seminar. Details are as follows:

Wanna get high quality but free resources for teaching and learning? Great news for faculty members – the Open Educational Resources Guide developed by the Library is now available.

The Guide is a one-stop portal for finding a wide variety of quality OER – free, adaptable, and customizable educational materials.

A workshop for faculty members will be delivered to demonstrate how this new collective information hub enriches teaching and learning experience.
