A heart-warming Japanese docudrama – Dogs without Names (狗狗沒有家) will be rescheduled in the coming February as the grand finale of our screening series ‘Cinema, Animal and Me’.

After the Fukushima nuclear disaster, some dogs and cats were abandoned by owners. The docudrama directed by Akane Yamada focuses on the process of rescuing those animals.

Together with Dr Chan Ka Ming from the Department of Social Science, we cordially invite you to join this screening activity. Participants will have a chance to get a free copy of《寫在牠們滅絕之前──香港動物文化誌》(Writing in the End Time: Cultural Record for Animals).
