To care for the personal mental health of the HSMC community, the Growth and Counseling Centre of the Student Affairs Office, partnered with the Library has organized an exhibition themed, “Personal Mental Health: Concern & Guidance”.

Personal mental health plays an important role in building self-esteem, confidence, and guiding people towards happiness and success. For those who wish to learn more about personal mental health and related resources, please visit the Exhibition at the Library, details as follows:
