I booked the room but could not check in, why?

You could not check in the room because of the following situation:

  • You did not book that timeslot (e.g., you book the room for another day)
  • You checked in too early, check-in is not allowed 10 minutes before the booking time
  • You did not check in within 15 minutes after the booking time, the room was released for another user
