Description

I was travelling with my family in the Pyrenees Mountain in Northern Spain in one summer. One day we were hurrying to arrive at our booked lodging in Broto from Andorra before nightfall. This was a popular vacation area near the National Park of Ordesa and Monte Perdido (a beautiful name itself which means ‘lost mountain’) and I had enjoyed its view driving through the valleys in sunset. When we finally got to the hostel, it was already dark and we managed to check in our room with the concierge speaking only in Aragonese Spanish. I woke up early next morning to venture out for a painting spot and found myself immersing in a fresh green garden with warm sunlight shining from behind our big stone hostel. In front of me was this view of a mountain covered by yellowish orange flowers with a vast plain of meadows littered with small stone houses. From a distance, I could hear the ringing of the famous Pyrenees cowbells from the grazing cattle…
