This exhibition showcases the outcomes of the research made by the students of Art and Design AD1001 Studio I: Fundamental Concepts and Skills module spanning three years of activities.

The students were invited to design a logo for a chosen city from Italo Calvino's "Invisible Cities" novel. Three elements have been taken into consideration in the inception of this exhibit: (a) Italo Calvino's "Invisible Cities" novel, of which you will find printed pages accompanying the design. Each city description is paired with the logos that have been inspired by it; (b) What does it mean to design a logo; (c) What is the meaning of the word logos.
